A habit (or want) is a routine of behaviour which is repeated regularly and tends to occur subconsciously
Bad habits can seriously derail our progress however good habits help us succeed. I’ll be completely honest, my bad habits are not getting enough sleep(but I’m working on it), drinking too much coffee(I think there is a link there) and snacking on biltong when cooking dinner. I do have some good ones as well…I think!?
Becoming aware of habits we have enables us to take control and make new good ones to get the results we desire.
